All Pieces will be created exactly as the buyer indicates in the Personalization Section of the order. If the buyer enters the incorrect spelling in that section, the item will not be refunded.

We will make every effort to contact the buyer in the event that the Pet's Name and/or Font choice is not included in the Personalized section. If we do not hear back from the buyer within 2 days, the order will be cancelled.

Unfortunately, as items are personalized and one-of-a-kind, they cannot be returned. If there are concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you.

Treats may be exchanged, only if they become spoiled during transit.
